We are seeking a Junior Creative Director & Graphic Designer to lead and execute creative projects that span marketing and product, ensuring creative consistency across all brand touchpoints. This is a unique opportunity to merge strategic oversight with hands-on design expertise.

Key responsibilities:

Creative Direction & Brand Management:

  • Oversee and maintain the creative vision for the brand across all channels, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns, assets, and materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and product touchpoints, including digital, print, and packaging.

Graphic Design Execution:

  • Design high-quality marketing materials, such as social media assets, email templates, advertisements, and event collateral.
  • Develop product-related visuals, including UI/UX elements, packaging, and instructional materials.
  • Create mood boards, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into creative strategies.
  • Provide creative feedback and direction to external vendors or freelancers when necessary.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to marketing campaigns and product designs.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain an organized workflow, from ideation to final delivery, using project management tools.
  • Conduct regular reviews of creative assets to identify opportunities for refinement and innovation.

Trend Analysis & Innovation:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and competitor strategies.
  • Recommend and implement new creative tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, creative direction, or related roles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, marketing campaigns, and product design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools like Figma or Sketch.
  • Experience managing and applying brand guidelines across diverse mediums.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design tools.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong visual storytelling skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
